Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and objectives to provide strategic marketing recommendations.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, performance reports, and gather feedback.

Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Work with the internal teams to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Project Management:
- Oversee day-to-day project activities, including timelines, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
- Manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts related to client projects or deliverables.

Budgeting & Financial Management:
- Develop, monitor, and manage client budgets, ensuring the agency remains profitable while delivering value to the client.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage invoicing and payment processes.
- Up-selling of new business opportunities 

Performance Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, engagement, and other KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on campaign results.

New Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by introducing new services or expanding current projects.
- Assist in the development of pitches and proposals for new clients or additional projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and marketing analytics platforms.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
- 4+ years of experience in an account management or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Full-time available from January 2025
