Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of client brands, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Develop innovative creative strategies based on market research and consumer insights.
Lead brainstorming sessions and drive the development of fresh campaign ideas.
Present strategic recommendations and campaign concepts to clients.
Manage and mentor strategy interns and trainees, fostering a creative culture.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on data and feedback.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Contribute to new business pitches and client presentations.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in creative strategy, preferably within digital, marketing agencies, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing successful creative concepts and executing them.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for youth culture, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Suite, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
