Responsibilities: 

- Source and attract top talent from diverse channels such as social media platforms and industry events.
- Manage the onboarding for new talents, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Handle administrative tasks.
- Independently manage various talent-related projects. 
- Generate ideas for learning and development activities aimed at talent growth, including traditional media opportunities and many other possibilities. 
- Stay informed about industry trends and Gen-Z preferences to provide valuable insights and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
- Lead and implement talent strategy sessions aimed at enhancing growth and performance.
- Foster positive talent and client relationships, building and maintaining a strong network.
- Act on needed legal matters, including contract creation and completion.
- Optimize and stimulate talent revenue and sales.
- Analyze talent metrics and performance data, maintaining accurate records to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- Support creative concepts with matching data and pricing 
- KPI setting
- CPM calculations.
- Lead and manage Talent Interns and Trainees.

Requirements: 

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- The ability to collaborate effectively with talents and cross-functional teams;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities;
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Passion for talent management, digital & social media, and understanding of Gen-Z culture;
- Proficiency in Google, Canva, and CRM + Project Management systems;
- Strategic mindset and commercial thinking;
- Ability to form strong talent and client relationships, and build a key network;
- Basic legal understanding, with the ability to complete contracts;
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management;
- Experience with basic data management and analysis, including the ability to gather; analyze, and interpret talent metrics and trends;
- One to two years of experience in the industry;
- Fluency in Dutch and English;
- Availability for full-time work.
