Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development: 
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to the content team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. 
- Guide learning and development initiatives to continuously enhance team capabilities.

Team Collaboration: 
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and campaigns. 
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Project Management & Execution: 
- Define project scope and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage multiple campaigns across various channels, coordinating with vendors, creators, and suppliers as needed.

Strategic Insight & Industry Knowledge: 
- Stay updated on industry trends, Gen Z preferences, and cultural phenomena, using insights to adapt content strategies and inform key decision-making processes. 
- Set and monitor sales and performance targets in collaboration with finance and data management.

Creative Strategy & ROI optimization: 
- Lead and oversee creative concepts with aligned data and pricing to ensure maximum ROI
- Track industry benchmarks to ensure accurate and competitive results..

Operational Planning & Resource Management: 
- Responsible for overseeing the planning of team resources within the Content team across various client projects as well as new business pitches.
- Forecast resource needs across multiple projects and allocate internal or external resources to meet demands and manage team bandwidth.
- Identify and resolve potential resource conflicts when needed to maintain quality and timelines. 

New Business Support: 
- Participate in new business pitches and client presentations, offering strategic insights and content expertise.

Process Improvement & Efficiency: 
- Lead initiatives to improve project management practices, driving efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across the organization. 
- Utilize performance data to identify areas for process optimization and team productivity.

Talent Acquisition & Network Building: 
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new team members. 
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent, maintain a strong network of freelancers and vendors, and ensure alignment with project needs and company goals.

Requirements:

- Experience in managing multiple team members and maintaining their growth path,  knowledge of HR practices and the ability to recruit and hire.
- Ability to drive team growth and excellence to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong ability to efficiently allocate team resources and assign tasks to maximize productivity. 
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a digital, creative, or marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape, social media platforms, content formats, emerging trends and digital storytelling. Familiarity with industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in content creation, distribution and promotion.
- Excellent skill in closely monitoring project and project hours and ensuring they stay within the allocated budget and timeline. 
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Profiency in Google, Canva, HR and Project Management systems. Pipeline optimization tools. 
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Large & strong network of industry experts, partners and external vendors.
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Full-time available from January 2025.
